Free US shipping on every order, a full refund if you cancel before your order ships, and 90 days to be sure after it arrives.

Shipping

• Free shipping on every order to the United States.
• Founding batch orders ship from our US warehouse once the batch is made. The estimated dispatch date is shown at checkout and in your confirmation email.
• You get a tracking link by email the day your order ships.
• We do not ship outside the United States yet.

Cancellations before shipping

You can cancel a pre-order anytime before it ships for a full refund of everything you paid, back to your original payment method. Email us with your order number.

The 90-day guarantee

Try GoodYears for a full 90 days from delivery. If you do not see the change, or you are unhappy for any reason, email us and we refund every cent. Keep the jars, no returns, no forms.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive, email us within 30 days of the delivery date and we will replace it or refund it.
