How we write and check our guides
GoodYears makes a dog joint supplement, so we have a stake in this topic. Here is how we keep our guides honest anyway.
Who writes them
Guides are written by the GoodYears team, led by our founder, Stilyan. We use AI tools to help research and draft. A person checks every claim, number and source before anything is published.
How we use sources
Health and dosing statements link to the study, veterinary school or reference they come from, listed under Sources at the end of each guide. Where the research is mixed or thin, we say so. We prefer systematic reviews, peer-reviewed canine studies and veterinary teaching hospitals over brand blogs.
What we will not do
- We do not invent reviews, quotes, statistics or experts.
- We do not claim a supplement treats, cures or prevents any disease. Supplements are not a substitute for veterinary care.
- We do not show a vet reviewer unless a licensed veterinarian actually reviewed that page.
Our own product
When a guide mentions GoodYears Mobility, it is labeled as our product. Comparisons describe other products from their public labels and listings, and we note their strengths too.
Updates and corrections
Each guide shows when it was published and when it was last updated with a real change. If you spot an error, email hello@goodyears.store and we will fix it and note the update.
