Pre-order terms

The founding batch is sold as a pre-order. Here is exactly how it works.

1. Deposit today. You pay 30% of your order total at checkout.
2. Balance when it ships. We charge the remaining 70% to the same payment method when your order ships. We email you before we charge it.
3. Estimated dispatch. Your estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page, at checkout and in your order confirmation.
4. Delays. If we cannot ship by that date, we email you before it passes with a new date and the option to cancel for a full refund. If the delay is more than 30 days, we cancel and refund your order unless you tell us you want to wait.
5. Cancel anytime before shipping. Email us and we refund everything you paid to your original payment method.
6. No subscription. A pre-order is a one-time purchase. Nothing renews.
7. After delivery. Every order is covered by our 90-day guarantee.
