We stand behind every GoodYears product. If your dog doesn't show visible improvement within 90 days of consistent daily use, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked, no return required.

How to Request a Refund

Email hello@goodyears.store within 90 days of your order date with:

  • Your order number (starts with #)
  • Your dog's name and breed
  • A brief note on what didn't work

We process refunds within 5 business days to the original payment method. Refunds typically appear in your account 3-10 business days after processing, depending on your bank.

Damaged or Wrong Item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email hello@goodyears.store within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We'll ship a replacement free of charge.
